About Us

The Office of General Counsel provides legal counsel and legal services to the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, the North American Division, Adventist Development and Relief Agency, Adventist World Radio, Hope Channel, and other church entities located in North America.  In addition, it provides counsel and advice to the divisions of the General Conference in cooperation with their local legal counsel. The lawyers employed by the Office of General Counsel limit their legal practice to denominational entities and do not provide legal services to the general public.
