Mr. Tracey received his B.A. in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University in 1998 and his J.D. from St. Thomas University, School of Law in 2003.

Mr. Tracey was appointed Associate General Counsel in September of 2024. Mr. Tracey comes to us with a wealth of experience having served in the private sector as in-house counsel and in the public sector as an Assistant County Attorney and as a Specialized Prosecutor. Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel, Mr. Tracey served as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for a nonprofit organization.
